At “I do” Weddings we offer a comprehensive handmade wedding stationery service. You can either choose from our wide range of stationery or bring your own design for us to work with.

Once you have decided on a style of invitation we can then finalise the details i.e. colour, paper, text, embellishment, etc.

Additional stationery is available which include Personalized Guest Books, Name Place cards, Mass sheets
(see example's below)


4-6 months prior to the wedding

  • Visit “I do” weddings for a consultation. A sample of your invitation will be created with
    your chosen colours, materials and wedding details within 1 week. You will then review
    the sample invitation and if everything is to your satisfaction, you can then place your order.

12 weeks prior to the wedding

  • Collect your wedding stationery.

6-8 weeks prior to the wedding

  • Post your invitations.
  • If sending to the US, Australia, etc post 3 months in advance.
  • If sending to the UK or Europe post 2 months in advance.
  • For Ireland, posting 6-8 weeks in advance is acceptable.
  • If you plan to have your Wedding abroad if might be an idea to send out a?
    “Save the Date Card” to your guests at least 6-9 months in advance
    with a formal invitation to follow.
